If you could repeat your years of marriage, would you?

Time has dimmed your sight, my love,
That I might always be the bride
You claimed so long ago.
Time has softened my sharp edges,
And gentled me.
From you, I took courage
To soar higher than my dreams
While you patiently waited.
Would I do it all again?
No, my love,
We did it so well the first time.
